This month we are focusing on a multi-phase roofing project in progress at the Clear Creek commissary at Fort Hood, located in central Texas. Fort Hood is the most populated US military base in the world. The work includes a complete 123,000 square foot tear-off of two existing layers of roofing, then reroofing with an SBS modified Bitumen roofing system, torch applied. Also included in the scope is to reseal thousands of lineal feet of expansion joints and concrete repair on the building’s exterior to provide a watertight envelope. We would like to recognize and thank all of our Pacific Tech employees that are a part of this project. Great job to our Foreman for leading the way on this one. Bob Arnold, Lance Rafn, Dylan Wike and Sean Britt!
