Pacific Tech Construction is fighting to eradicate homelessness in Pacific County by building a 27 unit apartment complex in Long Beach, WA. The apartment complex will consist of three two story apartment buildings and one community building that will house a full time resident advisor. The project will provide 27 low income homes to people with the greatest need and will most definitely be an asset to the Long Beach Community. We proudly broke ground this week and are prepping the site to set the foundations. With the buildings located essentially on the beach, the foundations require 216 helical anchors to be driven 12-15 feet into the earth to prevent the buildings from sinking into the sand in the event of an earthquake. The overall project is scheduled for completion in August 2019. The Pac Tech Project team consists of Dan Faber, Dan Gregory, Slate Miller, Scott McDaniel, and Justin Robison.
